Party Bookings are accepted for anyone over the age of 7 years +.

DEPOSIT:
A £50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. Bookings can’t be reserved without the deposit.
The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your party booking date.

BOOKING ALTERATIONS:
Date & Time Changes: If you need to alter your booking within 2 weeks of your booking, there will be a £50 charge. No charge for alteration if 2 weeks or more - This is subject to availability.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:
100% Refund – On all cancellations up to 14 Days prior to the party.
100% Refund or Re-Scheduled Booking Date – We aim to attend 100% of our bookings but if we are unable to fulfil our obligation to host your party/gathering/event due to any failure beyond our control. This would occur in extreme situations only or where the weather risks the safety of yourself, party guests, POD team and/or equipment.
No refund – Less than 14 days prior to your booking
Additional time will cost £100 per hour pending availability.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Party On The Drive are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is used for booking & marketing purposes only and are not shared with any 3rd party. For details, please see our full Privacy Policy.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POD:
Party On The Drive requires the use of a 240v power socket within 25 metres of where the POD will be parked. We will require confirmation of approximate distance between your power point and parking space when your booking is confirmed. Failure to provide this could mean having to abandon the event with no refunds given.
Party On the Drive holds no responsibility in the highly unlikely event of any damage caused to the power supply for the event.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
We offer our services throughout the North West of England although our main service area is within a 20 mile radius of Stockport, Cheshire.
A small Fuel surcharge will apply to distances further than 20 miles – Please contact for further information… It takes 1 min to for you to ask and 1 min for us to reply. ☺

TRAVEL DELAYS
In the event of a delayed arrival of the POD, due to unforeseen circumstances, your allocated booking time will still be honoured, although we will have to adjust the time of the booking accordingly – this will be up to a maximum of 30 minutes.

PARKING
The POD needs the following space on your driveway / car park:
Approx length - 24 ft 9 in (7.5 m). 
Approx width - 7 ft 6 in (2.3 m). 
Approx height - 8 ft 7 in (2.61 m). 
The POD must be parked on a driveway or on a car park - We are unable to park the vehicle on the roadside.
It is the responsibility of the booking guest to make sure there is enough space for parking the POD safely and securely - If we arrive on site and the POD does not have adequate parking at the booked location, we reserve the right to abandon the booking upon arrival without any refund.

ADULTS / SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
Bookings are suitable for Adults and/or Children Party/Events/Gatherings.
Your Gaming Host will be present within the POD for the duration of your booking, making sure everything runs smooth.
For children’s parties, we do require a responsible adult to be available/present at all times while the POD is on site, just in case there are any issues that require help or attention.
Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please be advised - All members of our staff are DBS certified. Documentation available on request.

ALCOHOL / SMOKING:
Smoking including Vaps, Drugs & Alcohol are not permitted within the POD. Refusal to respect these requests will result in the immediate termination of the party and no refund.
DAMAGE/INJURY:
All rights are reserved by Party on the Drive to charge a customer for damages to the POD employees, vehicles and/or equipment resulting from injury/damage caused by any guest. No responsibility will be taken for any injuries sustained at the party/event/property or its designated location. Liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the person booking the party/event. We accept no responsibility for any damage to driveways or the flooring area where the POD is parked on during your booking. Any damages must be reported to a member of staff immediately.
Internal damage ie sickness will incur a £50 cleaning fee as this will not only disrupt future bookings, it will also have a detrimental effect for our Gaming Host.
The POD will park in the safest and most convenient parking spot at the arranged site/property.


FOOD/DRINK:
Party On The Drive does not allow any food or drinks into the POD. Please have your guests consume their food prior to entering the Gaming POD. There is no problem if anyone wants to get on or off the POD during the booking.

GAME RAGING:
This describes aggressive, abusive, threatening, disrespectful, swearing or aggressive behaviour within The POD or towards our gaming team or other attendees. If this happens, we reserve the right to remove anyone from the vehicle as necessary OR end the party/event immediately with no refund. 


PHOTOGRAPHY:
Please advise us if you DO NOT want any pictures being taken or used for our social media pages from the party. Please notify us via Email prior to the party. If we do not receive any communication regarding our advertising images, then we assume you are happy for us to use.
Customers are more than welcome to take photographs for themselves, at any time during the party/event.

INTERNET/WIFI
Online gaming is available as long as you have a Broadband supply at your property or place of event. On arrival we will need to connect our mains lead to your electricity supply and Ethernet cable to your broadband router.
If insufficient internet is still not available, then every effort will be made by our staff to not allow this to affect the enjoyment of the event and offline game-play will be prioritized. We are in no way obliged to offer any discount to the booking guest if certain games are unavailable due to lack of internet reception.

GAME / CONSOLE UPDATES
Our consoles are checked for game updates on a daily basis but with no prior warning or control over what time or date game updates are released to the world by the game manufacturers we can’t guarantee play-ability of all games. Although we will always try to make sure all games are available, in the event a game requires an update during a gaming event no liability will be accepted by ourselves for the lack of game play for the specific game in question. This is relevant to ALL online games.


INSURANCE & DBS CERTIFICATION:
Copies of our Insurance Documentation are available on request.

These terms and conditions incorporate our Privacy Policy. By signing these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that they have read and understood the terms of that Privacy Policy.





VIDEO GAME RATINGS:
Is PEGI legally enforceable?
Yes - in the UK, the PEGI 12, 16 and 18 ratings are legally enforceable. This means that retailers cannot sell or hire these games to those below these ages. However, this only applies to the retailer, it doesn’t stop an adult or someone older from buying the games for a child.
Remember - PEGI ratings are based on safety and not game difficulty. Lots of children want to be challenged by games and believe an older rated game will be harder.  This is not always the case.
PEGI 3: Suitable for ages 3 and up. Shouldn't contain images or sounds likely to frighten young children.
PEGI 7: Recommended for persons 7 and older.
PEGI 12: Suitable for persons 12 and older.
PEGI 16: Suitable for persons 16 and older.
PEGI 18: Suitable for adults only.
If you wish for game play above the recommended age status, please complete the parental consent form supplied with your final payment request email.

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with Party On The Drive’s services, please notify our Gaming Host, alternatively please contact Party On The Drives office and we will endeavour to resolve any situation.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
By booking you are confirming that you have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend our services to suit customer needs & requirements, as and when this is seen fit for purpose by our POD Team.
